Credits and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with Packaging Plus! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
· Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
· Must be unopened, in original packaging, and saleable condition with proof of purchase.
· Change of mind returns require prior approval and incur a 20% restocking fee.
· Returns must not be given to sales reps and require a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) from our team.
2. Refunds
· Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its status.
· Approved returns will be credited to your account.
3. Shipping
· Change of mind: Customer covers return shipping; costs are non-refundable.
· Faulty or incorrect items: We will arrange a freight forward for collection.
4. Faulty Products
· Faulty or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
5. Proof of Delivery
· Requests must be made within 7 days of the invoice date. After this, Packaging Plus holds no liability.

Delivery
We ship nationwide across New Zealand, delivering to both the South and North Islands.
Orders placed before 4 PM are dispatched the same day if in stock. For local Christchurch customers, orders placed before 11 AM qualify for same-day delivery unless the item is on backorder.
Standard shipping times are 2-3 business days for the South Island and 3-5 business days for the North Island, with rural addresses taking slightly longer. If you have any questions about your order, feel free to contact us!
